We create genetically engineered ("knock-out" or "knock-in") mice via homologous recombination in the embryonic stem (ES) cells.
Steps to knock-out/knock-in mice creation
a) Design and construction of gene targeting vectors by RedET technology
b) Transfection of129/SvJ embryonic stem (ES) cells and isolation of gene targeted ES cell clones.
c) Heterozygous mutant mice will be delivered to the customer.
